I sometimes think that all that is happening to me & around me ,everything is all a dream I can wake up from it only by dying but relax I m not gonna do that. But sometimes I wanna find out what happens to the soul after a person dies what really happens??

Life seems like this to me a lot of the time. I don't know whether or not it's normal, but the universe is still so mysterious, with so many unknown aspects yet to be discovered, that I don't think any of us know sure, what this thing we call life, really is.
I want to say that is something like depersonalization, derealization or some sort of dissociative thing.
I honestly felt that way when I was in the hotel after I left my ex last fall as well as when I first arrived at my cousin's house in Katy, Texas. I guess I would have to say that it was surreal. I think those feelings were a result of the trauma I endured and the stress that I was under.
