Is this paranormal?

Last night I was listening to binaural beats on my iPod. Then I heard a noise it was 3 knocks like on my bed and I woke up and sitting on their knees on my bed was a black shadow figure. I wasn't afraid and I felt that it wanted to listen to the music too I think I just heard them talk to me in my head but so I handed the head phones to them and said "here I'm sorry you can listen" an as I was doing that I realized no one was with me this has to be a spirit so I turned on my light and it was gone. What did I see?? Has anyone else had an experience like this?? Is it normal?

    Aww :') this story is kinda cute , but I just wonder why u wasn't scared ?? :/ I would be shitting my self and I would prob scream and run of turn the light on and prob run out the fucking house ! Are u sure u didn't just hear the 3 knocks from the beat of the music and are u sure u did just see like .. Your shadow? :L well I just hope for u if it is a spirit / ghost that it's a kind one x

    I've had clairaudient experiences where I would hear them- but it would sound like the TV. But when I go downstairs, nothing is there. But that is so sweet of you :)
