Is this normal,that my cousins dog licked me there?

One day,i was at my cousins house,i went in the living room,it was dark.I couldnt sleep.I sat down i was petting her blood hound,when i was petting him he started licking my private,i pushed him away a couple of times but whenever i did it he would lick faster and faster.I wanted to scream but i couldnt.About 20 secs later, started moaning softly cause it felt good,then he stopped,and when i was laying down on the coush he did it again.Is it normal that i liked it but feel guilty,Is this normal for a dog to do this to a female humans.Plz tell me
