A 48-year old female co-worker has never had a man in her life. She's not very pretty looking and a well meaning most of the time but is quiet and can be standoffish. . As a result of never having had a boyfriend, she's still never made love to a man and is still a virgin. Is this normal?
If it's by choice then it's normal. If she wants to meet men though then you should encourage her to go to events and socialize. Some people are happy alone but not all alone people are happy.
It's unusual to get to that age without having clambered upon a sausage at least once. Unless she's a lesbian. So I'd say not normal, though there's nothing wrong with that. It's her life, her vagina.
Are you a man? She might be trying to intrigue you by telling lies. She is trying to get you to be the hero who enthusiastically knocks the cobwebs out of it. I fell for this scheme once.
1. Don't judge her.
2. How do you know that she isn't a lesbian or asexual?
3. How do you know that she may have some religious leanings or that something traumatic might have happened in her past , etc.
As others have said, if it's by her own choice it's nothing wrong with it.
Either way, why do you care about her life? You have no idea what sort of stuff that she has been through.
