Is this normal of my cousin?

During one of my shaving rituals a cousin of mine came into my bathroom, talk for a bit and undressed and hoped into the shower. Careless that I was already in the room she didn't mind me being there. In the past she would attempt to use the restroom in front of me with the excuse that, "It's not like you having seen someone naked before." Is this normal of her or is she desperate?
