Is this normal how my friend behaves

Ive been friends with this gay guy for quite some time although maybe hes bi i don't know.
When he is sober hes quite funny however can be sometimes very rude.
When we are all ouy for a drink he will touch my leg grab my chest and slap my bum. I thought it was weird so i said stop it now and he repeatedly apologized.
While we were dancing he did it again.
I got more angry and shouted dont touch me i mean im not normally aggressive toward friends but i dont appreciate that sort of behavior especially when i say i feel uncomfortable with it.
Tbh i have another gay friend and if he touches me i dont feel as annoyed if he does it but the first one just totally creeps me out.
He has a form of aspergers and a lot pf people consider him weird but i do stick up for him.
But he is one of those people were you can not have a drink with because you know there will be so much conflict like fhe night can be so normal an something will stir up always. I've only noticed this recently and dont know what to do

    Some gay guys think it's okay for them to touch girls just because they are gay. It's really weird that they think it would make any difference. You could try giving him an ultimatum, because that is really not okay.

    Sometimes, gay men are given a pass on touching women. Doesn't mean that it is right, though. If it makes you uncomfortable, he should stop. Plain and simple.
