Okay let me set the stage... the other day my mom was driving my sister, her friend, and I in her jeep. During this drive, a car full of guys came up beside us and my sister gave out her number. She is 16 btw. I am 18. Anyway, one of the guys is coming to our house today. He is 19 or 20. My mom is okay with this whole thing. I think it's weird. My sister has never even had a boyfriend...

    Unless your sister or mom know the boy prior to all this I wouldn't call it normal...
