Is this normal for a man - height, weight?

I have always thought that my body - its height and weight - is quite unusual, not in a good sense though.

My measures are: height = 182 cm (5,97 feet or 71,65 inches), weight = 58 kg (127,87 pounds)

I am a male, 36 years old, European origin.
My weight has not changed over the years much.

So my question to vote on is: Is it normal to have this weight for a man?

PS - In your comments I would appreciate if you could mention whether you have ever heard of something like my case. And if you are a girl / woman, whether you could imagine having a long-term relationship with a guy with my measures. (In general, not with me, to my surprise I am in a long term relationship with a woman who says that my measures are OK for her, so I know it is possible to have a great relationship also for a guy with such a funny body but I am interested in other people´s attitudes).

Medically, you're a bit underweight, but I could easily be attracted to a guy with your measurements.

If you feel good and you don't get sick often, don't worry about it. If you're having health problems or you're concerned about your health, ask a doctor if you need to gain weight.

My dad was just like you in his 20s. Now he has a big belly and I laugh at how much he has changed. He always says in response, "I've been gaining weight since I've met your mom! Thanks to her!"

I think it is absolutely fine. However you look, stay healthy and positive, and everyone would like you. On top of that, it's always the personality that counts in a long term relationship. A perfect-looking guy, but a horrible attitude would never win my heart!

  • You can be honest here, I am not a touchy person. And please if I made a mistake with calculations from cm and kg to English measures, let me know because this is the first time I have ever used these measures which are not used in my country at all. Thanks.

The English measure weight in stones. It's a common fallacy that we use metric units.

Are you serious? I'm from south africa and we were under british colonialism so we use the metric system, drive the left side of the road, use british spelling and all things reminiscent of the english...
