My step son said he has a huge crush on me. Last night he told me he was scared of the dark also it was raining he was scared of storms so he asked me to sleep with him I did he kept his arm around me all night. I didn't feel comfortable about doing it but I couldn't say no to him. It didn't even storm last night we just got a little rain. He's got his brothers old nightlight we also keep the hallway light on for him he even leaves his tv on. He told me since I'm not his real mom he thinks it's ok to do stuff with me. He also has AD/HD if he really wants to do something with you and you tell him no he cries or gets mad at you which is why I didn't tell him no. I didn't want to hurt him. He can get upset really easily. Is it normal for him to have a crush on me ? He's 22

    Well you're a pushover for a manipulative sob story, aren't you? Or is this your alibi because your husband caught you sleeping with his adult son? I think you like the attention.

    You're encouraging his crush and you're heading for a big mess in the family if you don't start behaving like an adult and put a stop to this right now.

    Do a bit of theoretical fact reversal in your head: how would you feel if your husband slept with your 22 year old daughter because she said she was afraid of a storm? Get it now? That's called empathy and real grownups know what it is and practice it.
