Is this love or an obsession?

We both went to high school and a psychic told me that a guy in my class loves me so much. I blocked this memory out but up until now(we are currently 19 years old). He got my ring size from my brother and since I told his friends I said yes to wanting to marry him. He has been calling me his wife. Throughout high school we hardly talked but people would point out how he pays attention to me when I didn't notice. Even after high school it's still the same but we don't have many chances to talk to each. I don't feel creeped out or anything negative towards me. We barely know each other until he started coming into contact with the very few people I talk to. He figured out a deceit amount of about me. He will not share any information about himself. He seems to want to get married before this happens. It's weird....he told me that he loves me so like the psychic predicted but I wish I knew him better.

    Forget about the psychic and follow Tealights' advice above: you don't even know this person and he doesn't really know you and that's no basis for marriage

    It feels like an obsession. Plus, why would you agree to marry someone you barely know and who is so secretive about himself? Love or not, it's unsettling.

    Marriage is something meant for people who know each other well, and trust each other 110% (or more). I understand you want to believe the psychic, but just because someone has strong feelings for you, doesn't make them the right person for you; and you shouldn't be with someone only because they love you. How do you feel about him? Do you know him well enough to say you love him too?

    In my opinion, if you really want to move forward with this person, talk to him. Hold off on marriage until you know him better. Tell him if he wants to know anything about you, that he should ask you directly. Build a foundation of trust, honesty, open communication, and no secrets.
