Ok so I've had issues with this one girl at work in the past, the way she'd look at me and such but those are things I needed to try and get over. And I did. Just the other day this would come up and get real close to me and sort of act friendly but I feel they are being hostile towards me and trying to intimidate me, which didn't work. But thinking about it over the weekend, and realizing that I CANT stop thinking about it has really pissed me off. At first it thought it was funny like im a threat to this person and they are trying to scare me, but its getting annoying because im here to work not to be harassed. So is this worth reporting if it's making me uncomfortable?

    You've told us:

    ~ she looks at you
    ~ she acts friendly
    ~ she's trying to scare you

    - you feel intimidated
    - you interpret her friendly behaviour as "hostile"
    - you feel harassed
    - you are pissed off
    - you feel uncomfortable

    So, what exactly is she doing again that makes you think that you are being harassed?

    Challenge her to a fight after work in the back parking lot. That'll shut her bitch face up.

    Since its work just email her saying what you want changed, and if she ignores it/continues shes obviously out to get you and maybe then take it up with ur boss.

    I think nothings wrong at the moment, of course I don't know what was said but from what I read, it's okay. As long as she doesn't say she wants to kill you or anything. Maybe go talk to her and tell her she makes you uncomfortable and you'd like for her to stop doing what you don't like.
