Is this dream normal

is it normal that every 1 month i see the same dream but i still cant make out what is.Its like something is starting to get angry but its not a human and its not me but something else which is talking to me(btw its not even a being i think its a ball not kidding)and suddenly it sees that everything is going fine and everyone is happy and it starts to get angry and something gets intense and keeps rolling[yeah i know i boggled your mind but thats what i dream] i usually sleep really good after this so its not a nightmare.I know most of you will try to connect it with my personality but im free to listen to advices

    I think... maybe you were less descriptive of your dream than you thought you were..?
    Could just be me, but i don't really understand what your " ball " is up to.

    ye guys thank you for your comments :D but sorry for not being able to describe it better its just that... i cant actually describe it myself cause i cant understand what exactly is happening while i see this and i can admit this is the best description i can make for now.

    hm i can relate to a dream i have nearly every week but after the nightmare i have a perfect nights sleep haha i dont know but its pretty weird.

    I've had this idea i'm my head about a raging ball off energy that is similar to what you describe, except i think about out consciously. It is a type of frustration that builds up in phases and almost cannot be controlled. I don't know what else to say about. It's quite undescribable, but i think i understand.
