Is this an std?

Ok so I noticed these bumps when I was trying to insert my tampon a couple months ago. They are sooooooo small but i can still feel them. They are skin colored, hard to the touch but they feel like skin not blisters or a pimple.They don't hurt or itch or smell almost like you'd never know they're there. They almost look like 3 very tiny slightly raised skin colored bumps. (I have tan skin if that's helpful idk) And i can't seem to find an std picture that resembles it. I thought it sounded like HPV but it doesn't look anything like the pictures. They went away randomly with no blisters or anything just smooth skin and now a month later they're back again in the same spot?! They are NOT razor bumps or pimples, i've had those and i know what they look like and i've also tried popping these things and they're not poppable. They are like part of my skin if that makes sense. They are not skin tags because they do not raise that high above my skin.The earliest my gyno can see me is in a couple months from now and I'm freaking out. If you've had this on your vagina help me please. Also they are located right under the labia on the bottom.
