Is this a sign she likes me?

My co-worker organized this social event for everyone at work, and I said I couldn't come. She asked me a couple of days before the event if I was coming and tried to talk me into coming, but I didn't go. Everyone went except for me. The day after the event, she stared at me non-stop and she pulled a prank on me. She told me she pulled the prank because I didn't show up at the event. Throughout the day, she kept whining about my not coming, saying I should have come and saying I would have had fun.

I don't know how to take this, because this is the type of workplace that seems to think we all have to do absolutely everything together. Still, no one else acted like this about my not coming to the event. And she likes to tease me a lot.

Is this a sign she likes me?
