Is this a normal revenge tactic?

I was at my regular bar a few days ago when a guy I've never met came to the porch and asked if anyone wanted to buy some weed. I started talking to him and he gave me his phone number and I gave him $10 for a dime bag. He left to his car but never came back. I thought 'who would give their number before ripping someone off' but when I called him he would just hang up on me. I had someone else call him and it was him but he would just hang up after realizing who it was. Anyways since he was dumb enough to give me his number before ripping me off I made a gay add on craigslist with his # saying "I'll suck your dick for $10." I have posted this the last few nights and specifically mentioned to call him at all hours of the night, but I didn't stop there. I then made some missing pet posters describing a missing pregnant alligator and put his number on them and put them up at the local lake parks. I also put a $10 reward for the alligator. The $10 references are so he will know it's me. He is also now on several telemarketers lists. Maybe next time he will think before ripping off the local evil genius.
