Is there someone who experienced the same?

Has anyone lost a young sister to a tragic death or suicide? How do you go on living when you just can't anymore? How do you deal with the horrible guilt you feel? What if you didn't get a chance to make up? How do get up in the morning when you know you could have helped prevent such a horrible loss? What do you do when what meant everything to you was just 'another unfortunate' victim in this crazy world? What do you when you find out her suffering was unbearable? What do you do when its so unfair? What do you do when everything has gone all wrong and there is nothing you can do to fix it? What do you do when it just hurts too much? How long can you survive? How long does not wanting to hurt your family by not dying last? Is it normal to want an answer to why??

Go and talk to a grief councillor. Your feelings and emotions are utterly consuming you. You need to learn how to move through this period. Don't do it alone. Best of luck.

I'm so sorry for your loss, but asking questions here won't solve anything. Over time you need to accept the death and move on with your life; think about how she wants you to live your life.

These series of questions are unfortunately asked often by many people. Nothing said on this website will mean anything. All i can say is, life happens. The past has passed. Now look for a better future. Remember good memories. Open up to someone you trust. Good luck.
