Is there scar correction that works?

I had cancer when I was younger and left two nasty scars on my chest that I am so selfconcious about. I've had correction surgery done twice on them, but with the weight of my breasts the scars open right back up and there's no change in appearance. I tried wearing tight bras and the works, and they still pulled them back open. I know I should just be greatful to be alive and I am, but they still really upset me. Has anyone had any corrective surgery like this that has worked?
