My cousins told me that women can pick how many kids they want to have? They have drugs doctors can give them to make their babies come out as Twins or Triplets?? Do you believe that? I find it hard to believe.

Or maybe she meant “forcetwins” on Sims 3?
Twins only happen at the moment of conception. That being said if you are artificially inseminated they often add a few extra fertilized eggs to the mix to increase chances of getting a positive pregnancy.
1. I doubt that's what they were referring to.
2. Yes, there are drugs that can be taken to cause someone to ovulate more than once, but they tend to be extremely risky and have caused people to give birth to more than five children at once.

If you do IVF then it increases your chances of having multiples. Not by much though... Is that what you mean?
I've never heard of it. I'd love to see it work.

Yes. All the drug that I know of does is make the person ovulate multiple times when they should have only ovulated once. It can cause the side effect of being pregnant with many babies at once.
After looking it up, I suppose I am. The particular event I was thinking about was the woman from Texas who had eight babies back in 2009.
No there isn't any drugs, twins will only come if the DNA characteristics are the exact same chances of you actually having a twin isn't as nearly as impossible but possible to have twins naturally.
I personally don't know if they even make drugs for that kinda thing.
