Is the reason my younger brother hates me normal?
Earlier this year I spilt a drink on one of my brother's jumpers. This happened when no one else was in so I just put in the wash basket without telling anyone. Later that day I went out to work and went shopping afterwards. While I was out the battery on my phone had died, I got home and my mum told me that my brother was angry with me because he couldn't find his jumper. He was still out when I got in so I text him to explain what had happened and to apologise, he didn't text back and told my mum he didn't want anything to do with me ever again. He hasn't spoken to me since and puts alot of pressure on my mum when I am at home. I recently moved out when I started university and now whenever I come home I feel unwelcome. My mum says I am welcome whenever I want to come home but if I stay more than a couple of days it gets really uncomfortable for me to be at home. Over the months my brother has said he hates me and wishes I was dead and looks at me like a piece of dirt. Growing up we had our arguements but I thought all brothers and sisters argue. Everyone I speak to tell me I have done nothing wrong and that he needs to grow up!! He is 16! But seriously is it norml for him to hate me the way he does an why he does?
