    If you just wanna support the site then yeah. Otherwise, the actual features it offers seem mostly unnecessary.

    The one time I tried giving gold I got an error

    It'd be cool if you got to upload a profile picture with gold membership. I doubt anyone would upload anything graphic cos they'd just get their account terminated then and they'd lose the money.

        Yeah, but I assume there wouldn't be too many images to moderate anyway cos not everyone would want to pay for profile pictures.

    All you get is private messages isn’t it? We’re all anonymous on here anyway so any conversations can just take place on a post. It’s not worth it

    What’s the point in paying for the gold if you only get to dm other users? Might as well just ask someone, through the comments, for their social media and talk to them through that. It’s free!
