Is the federal government trying to start a civil war?

After much research, I found out we are living in a police state. 13 states sent letters to Mr. Obama, declaring state sovereignty and their right to succeed. The TSA is groping old grannies and molesting todlers in the name of fighting terrorism, and the federal government threatened to shoot down planes over Texas if the Texas government passed their anti-TSA bill. Our borders are wide open and anyone who tries to do anything about it ends up getting sued or jailed by the feds.
I live in Texas, OK? I am of Jewish decent ethnically, but amerind and scottish racially. Is it normal for me to want to rebel against all this unconstitutional and tyrannical government? Is it normal to feel that this country is headed down the path of bloody civil war? Is it normal to feel like this country needs a revolution in order to re-establish freedom and liberty back into the hands of WE THE PEOPLE ?

    No. But they're preparing for it. The FEMA camps. The militarization of the domestic police forces. The invasions of our privacy that have become increasingly more common over the past few years. Shits coming to a head, and it isn't gonna be pretty when it does.

    I'm not so sure we're in a police state (yet) but I do feel the same damn way. Unfortunately most people don't even seem to realize what's happening or don't care. As for the state sovereignty thing, no idea.

      I did not make any of this up. The main stream media (Fox, CNN, MSNBC) keep hush hush about it. But if you listen to the Glenn Beck/Alex Jones show, or even World Net Daily, you'll see things are getting bad. Go to google and YouTube and research these words:

      2011 NDAA Indefinite Detention Bill
      FEMA Concentration Camps
      Martial Law 2012

      This is way beyond the realm of conspiracy theory. These are open, proven facts.

      I don't listen to Alex Jones...I did for a month but gave up and found him ludicrous with Obama's birth certificate crap....mind you this was ages before the whole 'birther' thing got on the news. I still do feel like something is wrong though...but can't pinpoint what though it does feel like everyone is so divided on so many issues now.

    I think civil war is something that will happen again within our life time, but that's just my opinion.

    Goverment seems to think that their position makes them able to do whatever it is they want, they fail to realize that they're only supposed to be there if we want them to be there, and that they are supposed to do what we want that equals to the best of our needs and wants, not their own gain.

    Yes, it's normal to want a revolution, but chances are that the government will shoot down everything the people have fought so hard for. My only resolution is to move to another country. Also, what you stated is fantasy. If it were real it would've been allover the news.
