Is that normal my friend late night with her stepdad?

Im 20 and My friend is 19. Her and I have been bff's since we were like 13 and latly she has changed alot. She told me a while back like two years ago that her stepdad had been coming on to her and her sister. I don't know if either one of them had actually slept with the stepdad or not. She told me that when they told thier mom about what was going on she kicked thier stepdad out and eventually let him back in. Since then her mom kicked them out a few times and now she's kicked them out for good. She stays with a friend now and her sister lives with a bf but the stepdad is always looking for my friend and he picks her up late at night sometimes like 1am in the morning and she always says there out riding around and stuff. She's very secretive now and she only opens up as much as I will. SHe always has a motive about everything she does, she lies alot and she steals from me. But thats not what im asking about its about her and her stepdad she says if she didn't need a ride sometimes she would never call him. I think Ive said enough.
