Is that normal if i lost 8 kgs (18 lbs) in two months?

i was 86 kgs (191 lbs) two months ago and i did nothing but ate less and didn't eat things with much fat and calories. i'm a teenage girl

    Yeah, I think the usual for "healthy" weight loss is around 1-2 lbs per week.

    The more overweight you are, the more weight that comes off at a time. I guess at 191 lbs that is pretty heavy, although 10 lbs a month is still a lot as well by comparison.

    I actually lost weight by eating more fat. O_o

    Nutrition is pretty amazing. I can't say whether your weight loss is normal or not, depends on many factors, not just calorie consumption and fat intake. Your body needs these things to be healthy.

        No, I have a corn allergy that prevents me from eating processed foods. Soy also causes some trouble so I pay a lot of attention to what I do eat. And don't give me any of that non fat substitute. I want real butter, whole milk, and fatty yogurt. Combined with fresh fruit and whole grains, it gives me a good amount of energy.
