Hey, so I'm talking to this girl I havnt talked to in awhile online, and one thing leads to another and I say, hey, Can I text you? She says, yea, let's be friends. And gives me her number. My question is, does she mean let's be JUST friends, or is it more like, yea sure, i'd like to be friends with you! Any comments are appreciated, thanks.
Sorry Man... It's not gonna happen. You could come to her house one day with your shirt off and say "I shall Now steal your virginity" but that only works if you have abs:)
Maybe you're just over thinking it and she wants to get to know you before she decides what role she wants you to play in her life.
OMG, some people have no game at all. It doesn't mean anything. You haven't seen her in a while. So for a start, it's not like she is going suggest a relationship / having sex with you with you talked to her once online after months of not talking to her at all? What planet are you living on? I don't believe that has ever happened - aside from in some porn film with a dreadful script. For a start she might be seeing someone else, doesn't really know you, may think you only want to be friends etc. literally 200 things. She won't put someone she doesn't know very well into the friend or potential suitor zone. When you get to know her, be assertive and decisive don't be at all shy and "nice" all the time otherwise she will think you just want to be friends and friend zone you.
Friends mean friends. However, some girls woudn't even consider starting dating a guy who can't be their friend.

It could be either. i think we've added texting to our hierarchy of communication regardless of whether we're making freinds or dating.
if she wanted to be more than friends then she wouldn't have said "Let's be friends" she wouldn't have said it at all. I know! Why don't you just ask her. The worst thing that could happen is she says no.
