ok so this is whats happening. my girlfriend and i have been going out for almost 2 months and things have been going great. we have been kissing on the cheek for 2 weeks now and as far as i know she likes it (she doesn't really react to it but she knows it happens). yesterday was my birthday and she (obviously) was there. we went to dinner (we shared sunday for desert[thir birthday special]) and went to see the last airbender. when we were at her door i said these exact words "hay <not going to give away names> since its my birthday why don't we try something diffrent" then i started to lean in for a kiss on the lips. she put up her finger and said "birthday boy or not" (bacically she said not yet).i smiled at that to say "i understand" even though i was only guessing that she is not ready. is she not ready or is there something else? Is it normal for her to want to take it slow?

    Well, its normal.. But to be honest, it seems like its going reeally slow. I don't think somethings up tho, some people just need their time.
