I'm working at this place only until August (Summer Job) I'm 18 and my supervisor is in her 20's. Whenever we see each other she smiles and we talk, this one day I went inside the kitchen and she bit her bottom lip: and this other day we were in the gym standing by the doors and we started chatting then we stopped and she looked at me and I looked at her and we just locked eyes for like 10 seconds and she had this soft smile then she walked to the kitchen then stood out in the hallway and I looked at her and she was looking and she was smiling then she winked and I smiled and slowly turned my head away keeping my smile, (I have a huge crush on her so I wanted to flirt back, if she was flirting) then I walked towards her and her eyes just followed me and she was still smiling then later that day we were upstairs and she was working at her desk and I was preparing some art work stuff and she kept playing with her hair and earring and then I started a convo with her and again at the end of the convo we locked eyes and my body just instantly reacted and I put my elbow in the table and put my finger on my bottom lip and dragged it down and she was starring and smiling... I have no idea if she's flirting, if she is do you think she can tell if I'm flirting back? I know it's not professional but she's gorgeous and I can't help but look at her. Should I make a move? Lol..

    Keep it up, don't make another move except this and when you are at your last day, ask her out. This way you avoid awkwardness if this is not mutual.

    Sounds like you both have the hots for each other and you're showing it with your body language. Toward the end of a busy day at work one of you might say, "what a day, I need to unwind a little", and the other one might suggest a glass of wine together or a neck/shoulder massage, and you take it from there and just go with the flow.
