Is sex reassignment surgery worth it?

So im pretty much decideddecideddecided I want to get srs. I hate my penis and I already have plans on having my testicles removed (orchiectomy) however I mean my penis does nothing for me nor does it affect my views on myself. So i want srs so i can still have sex with my bf even if my butt is a no go at the moment. Plus it would be nice to have a primary sex organ I actually get pleadure from. Only thing I've heard some horror stories like not being able to feel anything there and junk. Plus my own standard worries and well vaginas gross me out! They do! Wich has me way over thinking this like I dont know. Habe any of you guys gotten it done? Either side of this coin. Was it worth It? I need help. I've been on her for 1 and a half years so in pretty decently along but still got so much to do and just blah I need help

    Would never ever work for me.. I love my penis. But who cares what I think, you have to do what’s right for you.
