Is scaring children so bad they wet their pants normal ?

Is scaring children so bad they wet / poop their pants Normal ?

I saw a mash up video on you tube of scary home video clips.
In one of the clips this woman (I guess it was the mother) faked a seizure in front of kids, one was about 4 or 5 the other about 6 or 7 years old. The younger one just cried and but the older one who was running around in just pants, wet himself and as he turned to face the lady it be came apparent that he had also pooped in his pants. The poor kid was screaming and running around, the this woman who had faked the seizure just lay their as if she was dead. then It switched to the next video clip. What is with that, I myself have epilepsy, and I find people faking seizures just to get a kick out of posting it on a video offensive, but scaring a child so much they end up pooping and wetting themselves by method of scaring with them with a fake seizure is just not wright that's like a MASSIVE PSYCHOPATH FAIL

I mean I could understand if a Swat Team chasing a criminal and firing guns made a child wet / poop their pants but hat I don't get is this woman may have been those kids Mother, how can any parent scare the crap out of a child just to get a kick out of it ?
