I think most guys don't expect it and it definitely isn't a deal-breaker. My ex girlfriend never did it for me and that was fine. I definitely wouldn't enjoy anything sexual if it was with a girl who I thought wasn't comfortable doing it or felt pressured into it. Do what you want and stand your ground if you feel pressurised and you'll be fine; the only people alienated by that aren't right for you anyway.

There are more important things, like how you make him feel and if he loves you. But every once in a while would be nice. Especially if he does it for you.
I think it all depends on why she doesn't want to suck Weiner. I know that a lot of girls will secretly be upset that a guy won't go down on them and feel self conscious about their body. The same goes for guys. If a girl does not want to do oral it makes me feel like I must be disgusting in some way to make her not want to do it. I don't automatically expect her to do so but if she doesn't want to I kind of want to know why. It works both ways.
It depends. I think with a relationship there needs to be sexual compatability. 2 people can be the greatest couple but if they're not sexually compatable it just wouldn't work. I wouldn't want a girlfriend who doesn't give bj's because I would want someone I am sexually satisfied with, but some guys probably wouldn't care.
