Is objectification to be expected by female attire?

I wasn't sure how to word the title, but what I'm getting at is this. It seems to me, and ladies correct me if I'm wrong, that many women want to express their sexuality and feel sexually empowered and so they dress and look according to that. Heterosexual men have lust for women and so when they pick up on a woman wearing sexually empowering attire they are naturally drawn to this. It seems a contradiction if then the woman is offended by being objectified. I just think lust stems from physical attraction and physicality is an object. But I'm open to discuss it and have my opinion challenged.

Some do dress the part and look for the attention and objectification. If the guy has fun with it and keeps it in check, and not get physically aggressive, I think it's fairly normal. One of my bartender friends, whom I've known for years, knows her rather huge, full tits get attention, and, even off work hours, she dresses to show them off. Sure, guys make comments to her about what they want to do, let them motorboat her, and other things, but, she enjoys the attention and knows they're going to look anyway (has told me that tons of times..Guys look at my tits all the time, why not just show them as much as I can?).

If a woman is offended by being an object, yet, dresses that way anyway, I do have a minor problem with that. College friend of mine had, to this day I say, the most perfect ass, in jeans or not, I've ever seen. She was short, petite, and just so well put-together. Would wear tight, form-fitting jeans, shorts in hot weather, or yoga pants, and guys would make comments to her. I did sometimes, too, in fun, and she'd get pissed off (not so much at me, she'd brush my comments off..but she'd snap at other guys). Sometimes I wanted to tell her..Look..You know that ass of yours is just perfect..To wear these tight, teasing jeans, or, those amazing, short shorts, and not know guys are going to talk, is crazy. If you don't want the attention, don't wear things that show off your amazing ass.
