Is not normal that my boyfriend stays up parting at my neighbours flat all night? She's a woman, around our age and lives in a similar flat to us but alone.

    Follow up from poster of original question - this is not normal in a long-term relationship. For three months I allowed him to do this, trusting nothing was going on. Guess what? Now he's dating my neighbour after breaking up with me two weeks ago.

    Tough one. Normal, no. That being said, he may not be doing it for any sexual reason. I used to "party" (as in drink and listen to music etc, not like do massive amounts of illicit drugs) with a female neighbour of mine while my (then) wife slept. We got along well, had similar interests and personalities, and she was a good "buddy".

    It actually stopped after she hit on me one night - I didn't want to cheat on my wife.
