I am a 20 year old male, and I feel like a huge loser 24/7 because I don't date. Its not that I don't want to, its because I rarely meet new girls, and the girls I already know, I am not interested in. I really want to date, and it drives me crazy that I have no one to ask out on a date. So my question is, how many other guys/girls are in this same situation? Or do some of you not date for other reasons? Is it normal to be stuck in this situation?

    Honestly, when I was in my 20's, I dated more guys than ever. Those years were my best! I was kinda shy though and must admit having a drink loosened me up to talk more. Maybe try that? And start going to places you haven't normally gone to. You will meet people you want to date in the wierdest places! At least I did!

    I don't know what's holding you back, but I don't date because of issues. I have tons of issues I'm trying to resolve, including Intimacy. I don't feel comfortable getting intimate anyone. Plus, I haven't met anyone who really relates to me. So, it isn't fair to drag someone down with your problems. That's why I don't date.

    yea this is normal. I know a boatload of guys and girls. Some of my friends date but it doesnt really make me feel bad about myself. I know a lot of girls but I'm not interested, don't really know why. I just never saw them as potential candidates haha not that i think i'm better than them or anything, far from it. but maybe i should consider it now that i think about it...hmmm

    soooo im an 18 year old girl. i think its pretty normal. i mean yea there are tons of guy f*cking every girl they come across and it that goes the other way around too. but sometimes, the right person or the right time just isnt there. now if your problem is that you cant meet new girls, go to a party, find a new job there are tons of ways to meet new girls. if u really want a date trust me ull make sure you get one =)

    same boat, I'm 15 and I'm afraid that it will happen to me. idk commitment naturally scares me and i just realized it was because I'm seeking approval from my dad. wow, huh?

    i'm a guy, 28, never been on a date

    i think normal = having or searching for a partner = dating

    but guys like us are definitely out there in huge numbers, for one reason or another, nothing ever happened for us in that department

    and so it goes and so it ends, we live alone, we die alone, some of us were just destined to walk a lonely path

    At 20, there are girls EVERYWHERE!! Not normal at that age.

    At 19, I got a summer job at a busy Wendy's at night and Arthur Treachers during the day.Got shotload of dates. Went to pot parties, had overnight fukks, you name it.

    You have to go where they are. It's that simple.

    Now I still do volunteer work, etc.

    hey man don't let it get ya down i feel ya i live in a small town so i know all the girls and it makes it tough but just find a mall and go shopping that's were all the girls are most of the time
