Is normal to suddenly punch at things and scream?

I always punch, kick, throw, etc., things like the wall or pillow when I remember something embarassing or something/someone that makes me angry. I often do this when I'm alone, and sometimes also when Im with a friend or two. I also scream or yell lines that I haven't said out loud to those people who pissed me off. Is it normal? I can't help it. It just comes out suddenly. Am I crazy??

Well I punch stuff too when I'm angry, but I am far from your level mate. I don't scream my lungs out for the slightest inconvinience. But whenever I am pissed, I would punch the wall, or table. I don't do it often, but when I do, there is usually a good reason for my anger outburst.

    Self control is the key.

Rage? When I get it I just suddenly burst out and punch anything with my range, it's uncontrollable but has only happened about 4 times in the past 2 years.

  • You need to see a psychologist. My sister used to be like this but the doctor said it was because of the contraceptive pill she was on. Took her off and she was 90% better. Apparently her blood pressure was high from the pill.

My sister does this all the time, (when shes "on") and when I'm alone (not even angry) I punch things suddenly, maybe it's genetic?

That's a little bit strange in that it comes out suddenly like that. Usually those things are kind of gradual and you just burn them out in exercise or something.
