My wife and I have been together for 30 years. and we have had sex every single day for the last 30 years at least once a day the average. But if you factor in all the times we had sex multiple times a day, it would be more like two times a day for 30 years. And I'm not lying. Is that normal she's 53 I'm 62
Totally normal. I'm 40, my boyfriend is 54, and we get it on at least twice a day. Hell to the ya. If it ain't broke, dont fix it.
No it is not normal. You are VERY lucky. When we first got married, I wanted it daily, she said 3 times a week was enough. When I got to the point I could survive on 3 times per week, it went down to twice per week. Now she only desires it twice per month for only an hour or two. If you miss that time slot, you are out of luck for another two weeks.
This really sucks. You don't need to want sex for your partner to be a priority in bed. If you feel sick or it's painful that's one thing, but if you're in good health and just not interested, giving your loved one physical affection and pleasure ought to be an end in itself.
What's the rest of that "old saying"? If it's anything about wives having to submit to sex whenever their husband wants it, get yourself back to the 1950's or earlier because that's where those views belong.

While it's certainly true that sexual activity nearly always wanes in long term relationships, there's no evidence that's because women are more likely to lose interest than are men ..... except of course when the bloke is so bad as sex she stops wanting it, at least from him.
its certainly not common but totally normal!! and impressive! im so glad you two have found the person whom makes you satisfied for so long. I hope I have that with my current boyfriend! [we have sex a lot as well, we skip some days but some days its 2-3 times, so averages out to about once a day]
