Define fat.
Because if you are talking about going from having an athletic build to being clinically overweight in one week, that is cause for concern.
If you are just being a whiny teenage girl, which I suspect you are, and think being fat is having any sort of healthy body fat whatsoever, STFU.
If you want to be slimmer and healthier you shouldn't make a particular weight or amount of calories your target. Most people that strive to reach their target weight often gain more weight after doing so.
Instead you should make a particular lifestyle your target, one that involves eating only when you're hungry, drinking plenty of water, getting enough movement and exercise, not snacking for the sake of it and not eating while watching tv.
It worked for me, honest. Try starting by writing down every thing you eat, why you're eating it and how it makes you feel after doing so. You'll then come to lead a more healthier lifestyle in which you not only reach your target, you maintain it too.
It's normal. It's just a feeling. You just "feel fat". Check your weight once a week. That should solve everything.
I hate it when other girls whine about being fat or whatever. I worked damn hard to go from fat to slim, and I hear these girls who are already thin complaining that THEY'RE fat. I hope you're not one of them.
