Is my stomach bleeding from alcohol and/or advil?

So I drank to the point of being drunk the day before yesterday. I drink very, very rarely and therefore the amount I drank made me feel more drunk than most people = I am a lightweight. I take advil/ibuprofen pretty often, but not with alcohol. I took one the day after though, because i wasn't feeling good. I felt nauseous the whole day yesterday, very nauseous in fact. My stomach feels as though it is churning, and my stools are black (tmi?). I'm worried that all these symptoms can be related to a bleeding ulcer or another serious condiion. It just baffles me because I drink so rarely and don't understand why I am reacting so strongly to this.
Today i don't really feel nauseous anymore, but my stomach is churning like crazy - it kind of feels as though I am hungry in my stomach, but not hungry mentally, if you get what I mean. Please help! I've been googling this all day yesterday and this morning, only finding extreme results, even pages where people were talking about their relatives dying after these symptoms!

Oh and I would also like to add, just in case it plays a role, I have a lot of anxiety.

Any drugs that contain asprin can make your stomache bleed if you don't eat beforehand. The chemist told me as much and I've vomited blood on a couple of occasions.

It's possible that the alcohol was still in your system when you took the pills. I don't think the pills could've created a ulcer so quickly. It's possible that you already had a ulcer and drinking the alcohol/taking the medicine could've aggravated it. It's hard for one to know. See a doctor to be safe.

    Good Luck!

What did you drink? Something with a lot of iron in it (Guinness, stout, milk stout) will make it black and there's absolutely no harm in that. If the blackness looks like striated blood and persists for more than 48 hours, go to a doctor.

Alcohol inflames some types of ulcer. I don't think you have an ulcer, though. Ulcer pain is most often burning and can be severe enough to pretty much lay you out. Admittedly, not always. But, basically, if this doesn't get better soon, see a doctor. Even if it turns out to be nothing.

Its the alcohol thats turning your shit black. Pepto Bismol does the same thing. I know both of these things from experience cause I thought the same thing once. Ill say to you what my doc said to me, "you dont have ulcers your just a drunk."
