Is my roommate okay....?

I'm in college and have been living with my roommate david for the past 3 years. He's a pretty decent guy, sometimes timid but mostly open to sitting home on Thursdays with me to watch the big bang theory. After he broke of up with his girlfriend a few months ago hes creeping me out. Yesterday morning at around 5 am i walked in on him working out naked to S Club 7's "Bring it all back" the whole room smelled like sh*t and he didn't stop after i walked in. He then started doing some really vulgar stretches making sure to "accidentally" show me his rectum with each exercise position. I left but the next evening i told him to never do something like that again or im leaving and he was very apologetic and embarrassed about it. Then a few weeks later when I had my girlfriend over from some netflix and chill he asked to join us.... during the chill part. He literally walked in while we were in the act in his robe and asked if he could somehow get involved. Disgusted I told him to go away, he did, but then came back later totally naked with both his hands on his c*ck. My girlfriend ran back to her place... again the next evening i scolded him and again he apologies like a crazy person. But the last thing he did recently took the cake. during our annual apartment Christmas party full of friends and family, david came out of his room in the middle of the party dressed as a woman in a miniskirt with no underwear, freaked everyone out by wiggling his thing then took a crap in his hands and threw it everywhere. one even landed in the punch bowl. My mother and father told me i need to move out of this apartment asap, but david has been a really good friend to me through the years, is he beyond repair, how could a bad breakup do this do him.
