Is my relationship normal?

My boyfriend ignores me for himself. I'll ask how his day went and when hes finished talking I'll comment, ect. But he never asks how I'm feeling or how my day goes. If he does it'll be weird.

(Example) BF: "What did you do today?" ME: "I just played with my dog, I love my dog! :)" BF: "But you love me more right??"

Yeah it's sort of weird. I just feel like he doesn't care about me. Is it normal?

    "But you love me more, right?" Is insecurity. Sounds awkward and inexperienced, not bad but maybe just need to have a heart to heart to suss things out. If he actually listens instead of just thinking of the next best thing to say to try to impress you'll probably be fine. Dig deeper.

    Maybe hes insecure that you love your dog more or something? lol And hey at least he's still asking.

    And how do you feel the relationship is going? Is he stressed? No?

      I feel like I'm more stressed. Nothing I do makes him satisfied. He only talks about himself
