My period is always quite late and my cycle is between 35-40 days. It is never early but this month I came on after 24 days. What could cause my period to come earlier?
I have had my period 12 years and it has never gone regular.
Mine is irregular too. The only time I know that it's coming is when I get cramps. Wish I could predict it. I think it's my anxiety and stress.
if you're always on a 35-40 day schedule then you are not late if your body keeps to that schedule.
things that can alter your schedule - stress, nutrition, sex...
(yes the presence of sperm in your vagina will help regulate your period to a traditional cycle)
Yeah, your cycle may never even out (or may not even out until you have kids). Could be caused by erratic hormone patterns or some medical terminology that I have no interest in memorizing.
The Pill or other hormonal contraceptives do a good job of regulating that. If you don't have health insurance, you can go to Planned Parenthood and get some of this, if you do have insurance than go see an OB/GYN. Either way, it's pretty easy to get a hold of if you know where to go.
You could at least be regular and healthy if you regulated your period with birth control pill
