You have most likely gone through puberty already. So, your penis probably won't grow anymore.

No, it's utterly not normal _ANOTHER_ one of those questions got approved(and under clothing&appearance. No, totally not "Aging", "Health" of "Sex"-related...dick size is a question of style, after all.)
