My sister, with her two daughters, came to stay with us for a month in the summer. One niece is 10 and the other 17. On the first week their laptop broke down so I offered them the use of my Android tablet. As far as I could tell they used it mainly for Facebook, playing games and uploading photos to Instagram. Whilst careful to log out of Facebook, my older niece didn't seem to care about her instagram privacy at all.

Any photographs taken on the tablet, with whatever app, can be viewed in the main Android Gallery app. And from the Gallery App I noticed the older girl was taking sexualized photos of herself in her underwear. There's one image where she's wearing shear pantyhoes (no underpants), a bra and hooker-style high heels, crouched on all fours on my bed. There are other more disturbing images of her wearing her younger sister's underpants and skirt. Another image shows her barely wearing her sister's unzipped onesy, with her boobs and bra hanging out the front.

I have no sexual interest in my nieces and I'm pretty sure my nieces have no such interest in me. I'm not a prude. I don't have any issues seeing them or my sister in their underwear or even nude. I'm just concerned that the older girl is getting a thrill from the danger of having online strangers and perverts drooling over her and her little sister, and from knowing that I am fully aware of what she's doing.

I'm sure it has some bearing on the case that the older niece was raped by an older man when she was only 15. She got wasted on drink at her boyfriend's 16th birthday and this older man (related to her boyfriend) took advantage of the situation and her.

I am aware that teenagers regularly upload explicit stuff on the internet, but this seems a bit out there for me.

BTW don't bother asking for their instragram names.

    No. If it were me, I'd show the pictures to your sister. She needs to be aware of what her daughter's doing.

    ...better explain how they got there first though...not to state the obvious...

    Maybe it's a cry for help? Me and my mom/sister are cool, but I would never leave such pictures in their possession. We see each other naked all the time, but we'd never swap sex tapes or anything. There may be some rare cases that we might see provocative pictures of one another, like artistic nudes or someone needs an opinion before sending it to a guy or it's on their own phone; I can probably count those times on 3 fingers. Someone needs to talk to your niece. She needs counsel.

      Damn bro pass them pictures my way. Sound pretty hot. But yea that's completely normal, sex is an underlying theme of life that hangs out in the whispers and shadows of life. Making it seem like kids around their same ages dont talk about and/or experiment with sex. Mainly because we dont hear then talking or see them doing sexual. Just something that parents and children dont talkt about a lot. Jus enough to know the risks and dangers of not practicing safe sex. But kids arnt really that much different today than when i was growing up. Actually it was something i thought about most. Along with all the nights we spent cuddled up to another. Holding each other close and tight. Sharing another experience together. Standing there in nothing buy her tshirt and panties ready for her Sunday fucking. Going 2 rounds sometimes.

    haha "pantyhoes". it's normal that she's exploring her sexuality and ego at that age but someone oughtta teach her the dangers of it and the consequences of it for her future adult life
