I think your approach is absolutely fair and reasonable. If a woman wants a guy to perform oral sex on her, she should be willing to do that same for him. If a guy wants to fuck a woman in the ass, he should be willing to take something the size of his own penis up his ass at least once, so he can have some idea of what it feels like.
The anus has evolved for one function: the passage of solid waste. The female anus is no more designed by evolution to accept a penis than the male anus is, but they're both equally capable of it.
