Is my coworker trying sabotage me?

So we have this person who just got hired on. They happen to know the owners family so have close ties. Recently they have been telling the boss they refuse to work with me, and we have had a few incidents where they have seemingly broken stuff. Which occasionally this happens but everytime something is broken they seem no where to be found and than pops back in to accuse whoever entered the room of breaking it. I thought perhaps the items just fell and maybe they just didnt know who did it and assumed it was whoever walked into the room. However, this happened another time recently and there was a loud crash, and all other three employees where in the front, and this person comes out and starts accusing people. Like, they were literally the only person IN THE ROOM. So no one else could have broken anything
