Is my brother's best friend sending me mixed signals?

Ok so I have known my brother's best friend for about 4 years now. He comes to the house all the time. But only for my brother I think. Around December two years ago I told him how I felt and of course he said oh wow that's nice umm i just see you as family. The day after I told him that, he gave me this huge hug saying here's my best friend. Ok so now the present day he still comes over frequently. But I just took my senior portraits and he looked through them and said wow you are so pretty can I have this picture and I said sure and he said wow you have a pretty smile he chose the picture where i was standing up and looking up to the sky. he said he liked the way i look mysterious and innocent. i said i am innocent and he said I dont know no more Lala and we shared a laugh. He left without the picture. And the day after that he came over again and he reminded me he forgot the picture and when he came in The house he said can i have a hug i gave him a hug cause it is polite and while he was playing the video game with my brother he paused the game and turned around and smiled at me. At first I was confused but then I smiled back. I like him so much. Not to mention when I told him l liked him I was only like 15 now I am 17 and graduating. Do you think he is into me now since I am older or is he just playing mind games? And why did he want my picture?

    probably the idea of you guys dating grew on him now, if you feel the same try for it, and if not move on. that simple

    I think at first he was surprised and didn't know what to say.. It was like awkward for him. And then he realized he likes you too. So, he's trying to make some moves. Keep the flirting going! You guys sound like you'd make the cutest couple.

    Well you've been carrying a torch for a couple years and you're a big girl now. And it is also obvious he likes you though in what way is uncertain.

    You can't read his mind or intentions beyond that he put you in the friend zone but seems to signal that there is maybe more.

    You know your own mind though. So the question is do you want him to date you and go out together as a boyfriend? Consider talking to your brother, or, directly with him just to settle it.

    i think he likes you but perhaps he thinks it could get awkward if the relationship were to fail

    Please, for the love of god (figure of speech), capitalise the first letter of every sentence and the word "I". Reading that text, which also lacks over 50% of the necessary punctuation, made feel as if my eyes were being ripped out of their sockets and deep fried to perfection.

    Also, borthers, for whatever reason, don't seem to like their friends being with their sisters. He might've been told to stay away ;)
