Is my best friend's friend behaviour normal?

Hello! It all started as i met my bestfriend's friend, we'll call her Alice. At first, we seemed to get along with each other, until i went on a date with her Ex. I soon found out from her friends, after the date, that she was still obsessed with him, so i let him go, even though he was a nice guy. Alice didn't admit still being in love with him, she told me i could go out with him, but some days ago, she started calling me to different acquaitances on facebook a whore(note, i am a virgin), a bitch, and all sort of things. She even told it to me personally.
I think he reason of her anger was me going out with her ex, who, in her oppinion, i should have ignored from the beggining. She even told me i flirt with every guy i meet, even if she doesn't quite know me.
Do you thing she is reacting right? Calling me a whore for no reason, and letting no one date her ex, who is over her? I won't ever talk to her again, for being that rude. Is this the right thing to do? We are also going on a trip togheter, with our common friends, how should I behave towards her?

    YOU SHOULD NEVERRRRRR GO OUT WITH YOUR BEST FRIEND'S EX-MAN, EVEN IF SHE SAYS IT OKAY. this is not normal.

    dating exes of your friends is always a cause for conflict.

    I guess but it's pretty weird and rude of her to not confront you with it directly but talk trash behind your back. However, if she really likes the guy you should give her a second chance, she is probably really upset about the situation and doesn't know how to handle it.

    Considering the way you talk about the guy in question you probably don't see yourself spending your life with him so you should just talk to her about what happened and how she feels before you go on vacation. The worst thing that can happen is her telling you she doesn't want you to see the guy anymore which would be understandable I guess..

    It sounds like she is disrespecting you and you don't need or deserve any disrespect. You could tell her that you really would appreciate it if she stops calling you a whore. But, tell her respectfully. And if she stops, then good. If not, then you could stop hanging out with her. Well I hope this helps. Anyways, good luck!
