Is mild paranoia normal?

When I'm on the computer, I often feel like someone can see what I do and type, almost like a hacker is secretly watching. Occasionally when doing something like watching porn, I almost feel as though this feeling could be real. Also, I sometimes type some of my thoughts out in text boxes (or even address bars) and such, partly because I have the feeling that others might read the text. Currently, this is only emotional, and I always know what's actually logical. Sometimes, I feel like I'm in a show (like "The Truman Show"), but I consider it a fun thought rather than a paranoid belief. I'm wondering whether I might have a mild form of psychosis or whether most people have these thoughts. Or perhaps it's not severe enough to be considered psychosis but just slightly abnormal? No one in my family has schizophrenia or psychosis, and I really hope that I don't snowball into more severe states of these illnesses.

It's normal. If they are following you or watching you, than even a high level of paranoia maybe appropriate

I do think it is a healthy concern. Especially if you have a mid level knowledge of technology.

The mind is a glorious thing, I let mine once wander into this subject, It happens. Everyone is different, but have some things that are similar... But, the mind is utterly it's own thing and stands out with complete individuality.

I wouldn't call it a psychosis, a mild and very common neurosis more likely. Many people think similar thoughts, only some interpret them negatively and some positively. When interpreted negatively it can ruin your life. However, as you seem to interpret it positively i would rather look at it as a feet of imagination, a quirk that lets you disperse the doldrums of life when need be.
