I am kinda addicted to porn and masturbation. I could masturbate more than 1 time a day.
But i feel my memory is degenerating and i can't concentrate normally.
Is this normal if i masturbate this much? if it isn't, please help me to stop masturbating!

twice a day is fine, 3 may be pushing it but is okay too aslong as its the first time in a long while, i'd stick to atleast 5 times a week, twice in one day then take 2 days off
