Is it wrong that i made my friends fat?

I love baking and my friends love to eat what I make. But I also love making really good foods without any warranty for health. The story is that I was experimenting with foods while not paying attention to things like calories and fat percetages or how this would effect your blood pressure/sugar etc. I made reeeally unhealthy foods, and I knew they weren't good for you, but I gave them to my friends when we would meet up at school. If they asked how much of xyz was in it, I would either tell them something less than it was or say I don't remember, because I wanted them to eat it and enjoy it. They never really complained about how their bodies were changing except when it came to clothing, but maybe because I was paying attention for changes I would notice their arms get fatter and their tummies plumper etc. I would bring them sandwiches where one quater piece (on a regular piece of bread) had about 500 calories, and they would unknowingly eat the entire thing. Cupcakes, breads, fried foods and even non-dessert meals like bbq would be so full of junk, and they certainly werent able to work off most of those calories even if they knew.

This started a while ago and went on for almost 2 months, since then I've stopped because I was afraid I'd give them diabetes, but I haven't said anything nor have they gone back to how they were before.. It's not that they've become obese, but some are definitely bigger. Two of them actually gained about 13kg each, I know this because we lived together and I would check their charts from our scale.

So I want to know, did I do something wrong? Even if they enjoyed it? Because they didnt know how I used them? I want to know if my feelings if guilt are justified..
