Is it wierd that my injury is still acting up?
Last year in soccer I hurt my knee. Now, when I run a lot or excersise, my knee starts to hurt again. Is that normal? Should I get that checked out?

i play ice hockey i got a puck to the knee when i was eight now i play pro in AU (only 16) and i can still feel my knee playing up (sharp pains, Hurts while warming up etc)
i have to keep walking in the box so the when i go back out my knee wont feel bad
thats fine, i play football also know as soccer, and oance i pulled my hamstring, i kept on pulling it all the time but now its gone, just dont put to much pressure
To summerize though, YOU ARE FINE AND THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL. Just wait until you get older though, then you can start telling your grandchildren when it is going to rain outside by the pain in the joint in that area.
It is perfectly normal and I bet it will always be there. When I am handwriting a document, (God forbid if I can't type it at a faster speed.) I always feel the pain in my wrist from when I broke it in high school ten years ago.
It is the same with my Multiple Sclerosis. When my attacks finally go into remission and I have recovered, it will always leave either dizziness or leg pains when I am tired, or somethign else but I am never like I was.
Also ask Ms. October, she has a bad bone structure and her bones break incredibly easier, I bet she is still in quite a bit of pain for each bone she broke a long time ago. I won't know though until she responds as she is taking some time off of writing.
