Is it weird that i don't have a sense of time?

Like, something that happened years or over a decade ago can seem like it happened yesterday. I never know what time it is, I can't estimate time (I'll say five minutes when it's an hour and vice versa). I just have no grasp on time. I'm never punctual without other people's help.
